Chief Justice of Pakistan Supreme Court Justice Umar Ata Bandial, declared the arrest of former prime minister Mr. Imran illegal and ordered the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) court judge to release Mr. Kham immediately and present him on front of the Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial.

Khan has been very successful to expose the 70 years control of Pakistan Army on Pakistani Politics and public. Pakistan Army considered to be one of the well trained armies in Asia. Their training roots goes all the way to the British Rule over India. When British decided to free the India in 1947 the two Nations came into existence, which is currently know to be Bharat (India) and Pakistan.

It is evidenced the past that when Pakistan’s Army notices that a politician is going out of their control they eliminate them. The history of elimination politicians goes all the way back to 1948, when the Pakistan’s Army murder Mouhammad Ali Jinnah by putting technical fault in the ambulance that should be used to transport Mr. Jinnah from Ziarat, Baluchistan in Pakistan followed by killing Mr. Jinnah’s sister Miss Fatima Jinnah who was competing against General Ayub Khan in 1950a. This just didn’t stop their Pakistan’s Army has been implementing Marshal Law in the country numerous times and removed most elected politicians who refused to obey the Pakistan Military Generals. Most famous case of removal and hanging till death of the elected politician in 1970s was the former prime minister

Mr. Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. Pakistan Army’s Late General Zia Ul Haq by implementing Marshal Law, who later in August 17, 1988 got killed in an airplane explosion in the air. In that incident the US Ambassador to Pakistan Mr. Arnold Lewis Raphel was also killed.

This didn’t stop here next Marshal Law was implemented by Late General Pervez Musharraf, who kicked out former three times prime minister the corrupt most Nawaz Sharif and prisoned him and later let him go to Saudi Arabia on a 10 years NRO.

In April 10, 2022 General (Retd) Qamar Jawed Bajwa toppled Imran Khans government by vote of no confidence and made him the prime minister, the second corrupt most person in the history of Pakistan Shehbaz Sharif, brother of former three times prime minister Nawaz Sharif.
